Bro, don't you think that 18% increase of revenue Y/Y is not quite significant to classify as a growth stock? I see the financials look good for the long term, but I'm just not sure if the company has potential to keep its growth rate for a significant period of time.

The problem with Upwork is that it cannot scale.
On one had, it has to hire a lot of good talents to do the work when the work comes/
On the other hand, when there is no work, Upwork has to keep its employee.
This kind of outsourcing only works by going let say to India.
This outsourcing is old.
