1- If we buying shares of a company doing halal business ( like food, steel etc) but they using bank loan also for the operations of their business.
So is it permissible to buy shares of such type of companies in Islam?
2- Is short term trading is permissible? – like buying halal shares and selling after 3 day or 1week but after getting ownership.

I am asking review of a company PSPW This company is managed by Falak Holdings from Dubai, A Partner in Sports City Dubai, I have been studying Halal and Haram trying to gain better understanding. This company is engaged in Hydro power projects which they have secured projects and provided funding for. I am convinced they have taken control of this small company by receiving stock ownership in return for funding. I struggle with the fact that they have not maintained the Sec required fillings keeping shareholders informed this maybe promoting speculation. My research shows the family with Deep Islamic believes. So would this be considered Halal or Haram by not providing required financial information. Best Regards

I am living in the UK, before the COVID pandemic I was writing my business ideas not really stressing over the fact that when I should bring it to life. I just wanted to spend as much time to perfect it now jobs are scares and alot of food establishments are closing down. Due to this it's causing alot of heartache for business owners and unemployment for a lot of people with the lockdown. Now I am stuck with no money and business idea that could help thousand if not millions of people. With hardships and struggle I am stuck and don't know what to do. I need halal investment individuals that are willing to invest in the business for either a stake in the business or a long term pay out up up to 5 to 10 years pay out. It's a 4 part company that runs parallel with each part. One part can't function without the other.nplus I am gonna need the help

To be frank, when i started Wahed investment, i have doubt whether this thing is really works or not. so i did invest a small amount minimum as required by Wahed platform. transferred money and let Wahed run, and i monitor via mobile apps. yes, can see some gain after few months. recommended to who ever want to learn and start some investment. when register, just keyin code "binmoh1" and start transfer with minimum amount for you to start invest. and let it run, as simple as that.
